About every seven weeks and two days I will go on a mad Google search for new smoothie recipes. I love healthy shakes—both post workout, and for breakfast. Mornings that I make smoothies are mornings that I get to sleep an extra four minutes.
During my last Google furor, I stumbled on Sam’s site, Sweet Remedy, where I found her recipe “Fruit and Oatmeal Flax Smoothie.” I like it; it has six ingredients, and they are all healthy.
