I love avocados almost as much as I love making fun of David Caruso’s acting. I put them in everything—omelets, tacos, salads, etc. Their creamy flesh is delicious; it is the brie cheese of the fruit flesh world.
Given my love of everyone’s favorite green orbs, I am always on the prowl for recipes in which they are featured. One such recipe that I recently found is Lisa’s and Charles’ “Avocado and Grilled Corn Salad with Cilantro Vinaigrette.” It is nothing short of amazing. I recommend it as a side to fish, or to your favorite tacos.
